Order Confirmation: Upon purchase you will recieve an order confirmation. 

Order Processing: In stock orders are typically processed in 2-3 business days. Certain products may have longer lead teams and if this is the case we will keep you updated.

Order Cancellations: As long as your order hasn't shipped we can cancel it. Reach out to us as soon as possible if this is the case.

Tracking: When your order is shipped and fulfilled you will receive a tracking number. If you don't within 24 hrs of shipment please contact us : support@originsofhome.com

Delivery Times: Average delivery times ranges between 5-10 business days. Certain Made To Order items can have longer lead/shipping times.

White Glove Delivery: If interested in In-Home Delivery and Assembly please reach out to us at support@originsofhome.com for a quote / product eligibility.

Address Changes: While we'll try to accommodate address changes, please expect delays. Additional charges from freight companies due to address changes are the responsibility of the customer.

Prepare for Delivery: Inspect your items upon arrival. If you notice damage, make a note when signing for delivery. Damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos and description.

Damaged Items: Inspect products upon delivery and report damage or defects within 48 hours. We'll work to provide solutions promptly.

Missing Items: Report missing items within 5 business days of delivery. Mark delivery receipts "missing" and inform the driver.

Stolen Packages: We're not responsible for stolen packages marked as "delivered." We recommend filing a claim with the carrier.
